Returns Policy

At Trend Cub, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. This is in line with UK consumer law, which allows a 14-day return window for most items purchased online.


To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

Exemptions:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items on sale or clearance are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to return your item:

  1. Contact us via email trendcubinfo@gmail.com initiate the return.
  2. Once approved, please send the item back to the return address provided.
  3. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the return is accepted, we will process your refund, and it will be credited to your original payment method.

If you have any questions or concerns about your return, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
